    The purpose of the role is to plan, direct and implement the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the Market growth and Sales targets of SBP for all projects, Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience through high-quality pre & post sales CRM and Market expansion for SBP. Besides this, the role holder is responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with key accounts, apt recruitment & effectively managing the team. It plays a key role in achieving the growth in market share and the expansion of the organization through effective Forecasting, budgeting and Sales strategy planning.

Responsible for acquiring new customers and building relationships with key accounts/customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Participates in formal and informal learning activities for personal and professional development.

    The position holder will be responsible for all aspects of office and society management which incorporates supervising operations, negotiation with vendors, liaison with government bodies, etc. for Corporate, Branch and project offices and sites of SBP Group. Responsible for catering to day-to-day office requirements, delegating & distributing tasks and ensuring smooth operations at all times. Bring initiatives for cost optimization and improving operational efficiency wherever possible.

    Years of Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on-experience in daily financial accounting.
    Education Qualification: M.Com./B.Com.
    The position holder will be responsible to perform and supervise daily accounting work required to maintain the books of accounts. Working under the direction of Finance Head and coordinate the daily activities of recording the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company, Bank & Cash reconciliations, account statement reconciliations for vendors, verify accounts receivable & payables transactions, fixed asset activity, debt activity, payables, etc.
  • Sound understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis.
  • Proficiency in handling accounting software.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a backup in place for every critical operation.
  • Work with Finance Head to create new internal accounting corporate policies. Execute and maintain existing policies.
  • Monitor data entry of all incomes & receipts and expenditures & payments manually in the log books, registers as well as in accounting software. Ensure accuracy in data entry within the team.
  • Manage Cash flows and monitoring inflow and outflow of cash remitted from various sales, construction and general office purchase & proceedings.
  • Keep records of bills, work orders, etc. issued to vendors, contractors and daily wagers before releasing payments.
  • Ensure that all documentation, records and files are maintained for all financial transactions for SBP Group.
  • Coordination with bank for all banking related transactions.
  • Payroll computation for employees and cross check deductions as per Govt. mandates and loans & advances or any other special provisions given by the company before releasing salaries.
  • Managing PF & ESI challans in coordination with HR. Raising and submitting challans as required.
  • Compute and process incentives, bonus etc. to be issued to employees as per the directives received from Management and HR from time to time.
  • Responsible to ensure SBP is compliant on employee welfare and other mandates of Wages & Salaries Act, and other related Laws.
  • Periodical filing of returns for all Taxes like GST, Income tax and TDS. Keep data upto date for timely returns filling.

    Years of Experience: 10-15 years hands of experience in Construction and project management
    Education Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
    The position holder will be responsible for overall execution of construction and development activities at all projects launched by SBP, delivered as well as upcoming/ ongoing. Overall responsibility of planning work schedules, implementing and maintaining quality standards, vendor & contractor coordination, supervising daily activities at construction sites, etc.

    The position holder will be responsible for Design and Implementation of Electrical / Mechanical systems works of all projects launched by SBP. Overall responsibility of Support in reviewing Designs, tendering with technical inputs, installation, Testing and commissioning of Mechanical systems like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems.   • Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director, design and commercial team.

    The position holder will be responsible for technical supervision of construction projects as allotted, overseeing and tasking workforce, act as technical advisor and manage day-to-day work at the site as per the work plans and schedules.

    The position holder will be responsible for Planning and Coordination and development of all projects launched by SBP.
