    Years of Experience: 12-18 years hands on experience in Sales
    Education Qualification: MBA/PGDBM in Sales and Marketing
    The purpose of the role is to plan, direct and implement the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the Market growth and Sales targets of SBP for all projects, Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience through high-quality pre & post sales CRM and Market expansion for SBP. Besides this, the role holder is responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with key accounts, apt recruitment & effectively managing the team. It plays a key role in achieving the growth in market share and the expansion of the organization through effective Forecasting, budgeting and Sales strategy planning.
  • Inspire team to be 100% accountable towards all stakeholders by leading from the front.

  • Drives 100% compliance to data capturing and audits the same.
  • Has clarity on all sales ratios for each project (conversion ratio, lead source effectiveness, etc.)
  • Analyzing sales information and recommendations from different Project teams. Utilizing them for formulating Sales Strategy and Sales forecast.
  • Brainstorm and discuss Sales strategy, operational budgets and Sales targets with the management before cascading them down the line for Implementation.
  • Working with Project Heads/ Manager- Sales (Team Leaders) to define targets including finalizing the sales strategy across markets basis the market intelligence.

  • Build, improvise and enhance systems and processes to improve productivity and performance.
  • Design and Implement promotional activities (Digital, Outdoor, ATL & BTL) by tracking and evaluating on the basis of effectiveness and impact. Encourage creativity within the team in conceptualizing promotional activities.
  • Plan and oversee formulation and execution of Online Marketing techniques.
  • Supervise team and suggest ideas for Ads/PR activities including preparation of marketing collaterals (leaflets, brochures, mailers, etc.)
  • Developing schemes and other promotional opportunities to manage and enlarge dealer network.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing process gaps to achieve customer delight.
  • Setup and effective implementation of ERP/ IT infrastructure to support CRM.

    The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales targets of SBP for all projects, contributing to Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for SBP. Responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with key accounts & effectively managing the team. It plays a key role in achieving the growth in market share and the expansion of the organization through effective sales strategy implementation.

  • Generate Leads through cold calling and other sources. Manage a proper Lead Management system to tap new Business opportunities.
  • Assist Project Heads in conducting Consumer Surveys, Competitor analysis (to track competition), Market analysis in order to align the sales strategies.

    The purpose of the role is to achieve bottom line sales and revenue targets of SBP for all projects. Contributing to Brand Building of SBP, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for SBP. Responsible for acquiring new customers and building relationships with key accounts/customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Participates in formal and informal learning activities for personal and professional development.
  • Follows sales process - Rapport, Identify Need, Present Solution, Facilitates Decision.
  • Cold calling on data from different sources and fixing appointments with the clients.
  • Attend Walk-in customers, IVR calls in response to marketing activities (bulk SMS etc.) and convince client to visit SBP office for a meeting.
  • Take clients for site visits. Arrange pick and drop of client as required.
  • Stay abreast of Market trends and offers and mould pitch to explain as per the need. Categorization with respect to flats, shops or other office spaces sold and inventory status.
  • Help client in completing documentation required and filling up of Booking forms, Agreements etc.
  • Work with marketing team in executing various promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as per territory and project requirement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales data and strive to improve conversion ratios. Take corrective actions towards achievement of targets.
  • Attend trainings and learn techniques on selling, client objection handling etc.

    Education Qualification: Any Graduate
    The position holder will be responsible for handling Executive cum Secretarial position that involves coordinating communication between company’s clients, inter departmental coordination, etc. Assisting the sales, admin & HR teams in conducting various events on the site. Handling all administrative tasks including supervision of casual workers.
  • Ability to understand and follow set systems and processes.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity.
  • Answer phone calls, operate EPBX, send faxes and transfer calls to concerned parties.
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, greet them and ensure they are seated & treated well until a sales representative attends to them.
  • Support Admin and HR departments to organize travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions as and when directed.
  • Maintain registers for tracking use of company vehicles by clients and for internal official purpose.
  • Help client in completing documentation required and filling up of Booking forms, Agreements etc.
  • Maintain stocks of general office Stationary and keep records of items issued. Raise requisitions timely to ensure continuous supply of necessary items.
  • Coordinate for all other miscellaneous office activities.

    Years of Experience: 10-15 years hands of experience in Construction and project management
    Education Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
    The position holder will be responsible for overall execution of construction and development activities at all projects launched by SBP, delivered as well as upcoming/ ongoing. Overall responsibility of planning work schedules, implementing and maintaining quality standards, vendor & contractor coordination, supervising daily activities at construction sites, etc.
  • Ability to follow/ improvise systems to achieve higher standards of effectiveness.
  • Ability to Generate enthusiasm in team for owning their deliverables, tracking their goals and project timelines.
  • Ability to identify issues and offer resolutions immediately. Escalate complex situations.
  • Adept at organizing skills, negotiating, convincing & managing internal/ external stakeholders.

  • Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets.
  • Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
  • Execute all construction activities through the team at new developmental projects, existing projects including maintenance and repair works, etc.
  • Develop work schedules as per work design and layouts prepared for the assigned project.
  • Schedule/ task internal manpower and off-role workers, contractors (civil, electrical, water supply, lifts, etc.) as per the construction plan keeping all factors in mind (project complexity, size, timelines, season, etc.).
  • Track progress, coordinate and supervise internal staff deputed at the site as well as the external vendors, sub-contractors etc. and address any ground level issues/ queries as per the plan.
  • Ensure quality standards and work checklists are maintained. Identify gaps & address immediately.
  • Monitor Projects for Safety, establish and maintain safe working environment on all project sites.
  • Responsibility of timely completion of construction and delivery of projects to the customers.
  • Supervise any maintenance work required at existing and delivered projects.

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written); knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is an added advantage.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with high attention to detail.
